These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bk365 website at bk365.vu and all related services, products, and content offered by bk365 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise participating in any bk365 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of bk365 immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and use bk365 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing bk365 voluntarily and of your own free will, not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into this Agreement.
4. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming programme that covers bk365.
5. All information and documentation you provide to bk365 is truthful, accurate, and complete.

bk365 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

bk365 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfer including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bk365 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international credit card payments.

By making a deposit to bk365 you confirm that the funds are your own and not derived from any unlawful activity. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bk365 and may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed at the time of transaction.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check. bk365 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold set by the Platform.
3. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit to the same bk365 account, unless bk365 approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
4. bk365 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk365 bears no responsibility.
5. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, bk365 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, regardless of the time elapsed.

bk365 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger a review of your account. During any such review your account may be temporarily restricted and withdrawals delayed. bk365 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities if required by applicable law.

bk365 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bk365's systems.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to accumulate credits, winnings, or bonuses in a manner not intended by the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through your bk365 account.
• Registering more than one bk365 account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing bk365's rules.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games or any tournament format.
• Using bk365 for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming, including providing gaming services to third parties, operating as an agent, or reselling bk365 account access.

bk365 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the Platform. Any account flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. bk365's determination in any investigation is final. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk365, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bk365 Platform or any content thereon.

bk365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The following specific exclusions apply:

1. bk365 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
2. bk365 is not liable for any losses arising from system downtime, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside bk365's reasonable control, including acts of nature, government action, or network failures.
3. bk365 is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of odds, markets, or game results supplied by third-party providers, except where such inaccuracy constitutes gross negligence on the part of bk365.

You may close your bk365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

bk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where bk365 reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) closing the account is required by applicable law or a regulatory direction; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to bk365 or other players. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bk365 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bk365 complies with all applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and bk365 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, bk365 encourages players to contact the support team first at [email protected]. bk365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and promptly. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
